How can I let go of my feelings of guilt about working?

  1. Ask yourself why you feel guilty.
  2. Do whatever it takes to help you feel good about yourself.
  3. Don't identify yourself as a mother only.
  4. Celebrate the fact that your kids are happy and healthy.
